How do i take activation lock on my iphone i cant get in how?

Only by using the correct Apple ID & password.
Or if you have the original Apple receipt (3rd party receipt will not do) to verify your ownership.
Activation Lock is a theft deterrent feature with no bypass or workaround.
Without the owner's authorisation (Apple ID & password), no thief or anyone including you can re-use the device.
You can recycle the device responsibly.
