iPad Pro doesn’t play any videos

My iPad suddenly stopped playing videos , I have tried reset,restarting, clear the cookies of safari, deleted everything and reinstalled everything, nothing works, I took it to the Genius Bar, the guy there simply said he doesn’t know what the problem is, why the iPad won’t play any videos, if you have any solutions that would be greatly appreciated
