Hello! I am writing asking for help! I bought an iPhone 11 Pro in Russia, and the sound of the camera does not turn off in silent mode. With what it can be connected? before that there was an iPhone 5 and an iPhone 8+ for 9 years and the camera sound was always turned off in silent mode. I ask for help!

It cannot be Turned Off:
In some countries, Turing off the camera (shutter) sound is not an option. It all has to do with licensing between Apple and the Country of use. That's just the was it is.

An iPhone from Japan or Korea will make noise when the camera is triggered. Permanently.
