If I need to get my screen repaired, do I have to make an appointment or can I walk into the store at any time? And how long will it take for my screen to be fixed?

You need to make an appointment, then arrive at your scheduled time. If you don't, you could be waiting hours as they take appointments first. It usually is done while you wait. They may suggest you go shopping and return in an hour or so.
