Apple Watch trouble pairing
My Apple Watch will not connect to my new phone. It says it is connected to another phone sometimes and when it doesn’t say that, it says it will not update.

Sounds like the watch is still paired to your old phone,is this correct?.
You have to unpair the watch from your old phone first,a watch can only be paired to one phone at a time.
