Can’t send messages to androids

My phone won’t let me send messages to android users unless I make a group chat with me and that person. It was working fine a couple days ago but it just stopped for some reason.

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Contact your cellular carrier. SMS to a non-iOS devices is handled by the carrier and they would need to troubleshoot why you cannot send that message. There are no settings on the iPhone dealing with sending SMS.
