camera not working

Camera not working on my MacBook Pro 2019, tried reseting the SMC but to no avail. Any other ways to fix this?

Make sure apps are allowed to access the camera.

Sorry should have been clearer, I went through the linked page before and tried all of the tips there - none helped.
