After installing Catalina updates my mac started freezing sometimes

MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 Supplemental Update:

after this supplemental update , my macbook freezes simetimes for 10-15 minutes , now my macbook is like my last windows laptop , how to solve this problem , it is okay it works but , today this problem appeared two times and it is annoying

A Safe Mode boot empties systems caches that can help after upgrading to a new Mac OS.
