Apple watch 6 detect

Hello , i have a problem with my apple watch 6 . I read all the things about my problem and i dont find a solution . My apple watch locks when it is on my wrist ( detection is on , password is on , unlock with iphone on ) . I dont know what to do to fix it . I reboot iphone and apple watch and nothing
