What do I do, I do not see the app store on my apple watch or even in the apple watch app?

According to:

you should not be able to delete the Apple Store. Try to search for it:

On your iPhone, tap:

Watch > My Watch

and scroll down to the "INSTALLED ON APPLKE WATCH" section and see if Apple Store is listed there.
