I recently got a pair of Bluetooth headphones. It was working fine for a couple weeks on my iMac and all other devices. Recently while listening to something on the iMac, the left speaker sounded much quieter than the right speaker. This is only happening while listening on the iMac. All other devices the sound is perfect. Can anyone help me with this?

I found the solution. There is a balance setting under "sound" in system preferences. Somehow it got shifted to the right. I must have done it accidentally with the trackpad.

... And I checked my wired headphones and external speakers on the iMac and there is not an issue with unequal volume. Only the Bluetooth headphones.
