How to assign the storage usage to each member in the family sharing.
Fox example, I purchased a 200Gb volume of icloud, I want to assign 120Gb to my wife, I keep the rest of them.

Sorry, there is no option to do that. Each family member can access any of the available free storage.
You may want to make the suggestion that Apple add that option via https://www.apple.com/feedback/icloud.html
