Can I share Apple News+ with a family member who has an ANDROID phone?

My husband has an Apple ID. My settings show he is a joined family member (“adult”). Can he access my family – shared Apple News+ articles on his •android• phone?

Family sharing Apple News I decided to do the Apple subscription and I added my husband on family sharing. The problem is when I got to news on his phone he is not getting access to any of the news articles.

No, they will need an Apple device.
