Podcast Preferences

I am trying to sync my podcasts from my phone to my Mac.

In the online instructions it says to "In the Podcasts app, choose Podcasts > Preferences > Advanced, then make sure “Sync follows across devices” is selected."

For the life of me, I am not able to see in the podcast app where "preferences" is located. Any advice would be very welcome. Thank you

Disregard - I was able to figure it out. They mean the preferences at the top of the screen, I was simply looking within the window.
