There are no hardware upgrades.

Your option is replacement with an iPhone with capacity commensurate with your current and likely future use.

Or if replacement is not an option, you are left to offload or delete or to optimize the current contents.

To manage and reduce your usage.

An iPhone with sufficient capacity requires much less management than an iPhone with marginal or insufficient capacity.
