I deleted my Phone app and can’t find out how to put the phone app back on my phone

Reset the Home Screen Layout:
By performing the following, things will be placed back to how they should be.
- Go to: Settings
- Tap: General
- Tap: Reset
- Tap: Reset Home Screen Layout
