Hi,
Also, the specifications (https://business.panasonic.co.uk/communication-solutions/sites/default/nfsfiles/communication-solutions/files/specsheet_uploads/KX-MB2200_SERIES_Spec_Sheet_2.pdf) do not show any support for PCL or PostScript, which makes it difficult to find alternative driver solutions.
There is a Linux driver, though:
https://panasonic.net/cns/pcc/support/fax/common/table/linuxdriver.html
If necessary, you may want to carry out an experiment with a Linux print server. Ubuntu is free. If you have access to an old PC, you could install an (earlier) version of Ubuntu. CUPS is used for Linux. Ubuntu can work with Bonjour/mDNS via Avahi. Alternatively, a Raspberry Pi (running an appropriate Linux distribution) could be used for print server purposes.

Have you been to the Panasonic support website for this printer,
https://panasonic.net/cns/pcc/support/fax/common/table/macdriver.html
In the very small print it does say that the machine is not supported in macOS Catalina 10.15 and later.
No go for Big Sur then.
