recovering my deleted files

I have mistakenly deleted some important doccuments from my doccumentsnfolder mac and apparantly got deleted from Icloud account as well. I have tried recovering it from icloud, but files are not visible there. It happenend only 4 days ago. any chance to recover those files dleted from trash bos as well. I found some third party sites offering help to restore those doccuments. Are they trustworthy?
