Battery Health

hi, I have the IPhone SE . I’ve had for about 5 months going on 6 months . My battery health dropped from 100% to 94%. My phone normally wouldn’t charge to 100% but as of 07/19/2021 it miraculously completed to 100%. The battery health is still set to 94%. Any ideas or suggestions would greatly be appreciated . Thank you !!
