Does anyone face that issue guys? my iPhone (8 plus with the latest iOS 14.6) stops charging when reaches 80% although I deactivated optimized charging feature.

Leave the optimized charging to OFF (as you have already done) and:
Force restart iPhone 8 Plus
Press and hold both the volume down button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
