The speaker on my iphone 12 Pro Max is not working properly. It works fine when it is on speaker phone,

but when it is against my ear, I can barely hear it. Any suggestions ? I have tried going to sounds and adjusting there.

The support article you came here from should provide you with the steps needed to try to resolve this issue. Have you tried them all already? If so, and if they didn't work, at what step did they fail?
