Offline Music

Recently I had a problem of using music offline. I am currently outside of my home country, so I do not use mobile internet either. After update of the apple music, where 8D audio was added, music started playing only first 15 seconds, then it just stops. I tried to reinstall all music on my phone, restarted the apple music itself, but it didn't helped either.

How to resolve issue to be able to listen offline again?
