I have erased the old iPhone and can’t remember the password used to set up Apple Watch to erase the watch abs pair it with the new iPhone. What can I do?

If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.

What can I do if I don’t have the password used to set up the Apple Watch? I have erased the old phone without up airing it so now the only way to pair it with the new phone is to erase the phone but I can’t remember the old password I used to set up
