Do not download anything based on a popup message.
Do not interact with the message or the sender of the message.
Close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.

It is very unlikely that your phone was hacked. Please tell us what makes you think you have a hacked phone and perhaps someone will be able to help.
i was in a page where a pop up came up that said my phone was hacked need Immediate attention
Those messages are scams.
If you did not provide any usernames, emails or passwords, you have nothing to worry about.

All my friends have received scam emails from my email address.

Your Apple ID will be locked and or you will have to change your Apple ID IMMEDIATELY WITH PASSWORD
Ok because on the pop up before that which said you have a hacker tracking you click here to secure your device and I did. Did I give them access to my phone?
