Safari issues
Safari goes to website and displays correctly. Then changes the page to just words no links.

It sounds like you may have reader mode enabled.
Open Safari and go to Safari > Preferences in the menu
Select Websites (top)
And then Reader (left, under General)
Look at your settings by site (turn on or off as you desire).
Make sure when visiting other websites is also off
