My phone battery is over heated while charging and at the time of call
By overheated, do you mean the phone displays a screen saying the phone has overheated and has shut down to cool off?
If this happens you either have the phone in a very hot environment (greater than 90ºF/35ºC) or your phone has a hardware problem.
If this does not happen your phone has not overheated.
