why am i being charged $9.99 a month for itunes -- and another $.99 a month - i can't find a way to delete this or what it is for

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
The first makes me think of an Apple Music subscription; the second makes me think of an iCloud storage subscription.
By the way, it isn't for "iTunes". iTunes is a free app.
