Brand new imac 24 mouse is not working. Please advise.
Did you turn it on with the switch underneath?

It needed to be charged. All is good now!
It is working now. Must have just needed a good charge. Thanks!
Is the light supposed to turn on when it is charging? There are no lights at all.
