Safari was removed off my iPhone and I don’t see a way of downloading it. I don’t see it in the Apple downloads.
How do I get safari back on my iPhone

You cannot uninstall Safari
You cannot download it,
It is still on the phone!
So swipe your home screens left til you get to App Library.
Find the Safari icon, tap, hold, drag left into a Home Screen
