Suspicious charges in my bank account

I noticed some charges with different card numbers than my own. Weekly charges for Apple Music when it is to be for monthly charges.

Two unsolicited purchases from Itunes... Hello there, I have noticed two apple.com/bill charges in my bank account ($19.99 and $9.99) occurring at the same time on the same day (10.11AM Nov 21st). I was online at that time on another page, so definitely not me. It says it was an Itunes purchase, but I did not make ANY purchases, no-one else in my family uses it, I have no subscriptions. Basically, I don't use itunes. Nothing shows up on my account when I log in. No help from Apple available, because I'm based in Cambodia. The charges came from Ireland so my bank tells me. Have I been hacked? How do I track it and get a refund and stop this from happening again? Thank you in advance.

This Apple Support article outlines how to request a refund. Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

This one goes into a bit more detail for possible causes. If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
