What happened?
Did you charge it for at least half an hour?
I tried charging with a new adapter (they do not include them with watch) and now see green lightning bolt, so now have hope it will work after some charging, thanks for the charging insight.

This happened with my new watch6 and it didn't have enough juice to even turn on,I charged it for about 2 hours and every thing was good,I think the watch might have been in storage for quite a while causing the battery to go flat.
