My nvram isn’t resetting after I erased my hard drive what do I do now to get it to work again ?

This issue has nothing to do with NVRAM. A blinking folder with question mark means that the Mac cannot find a bootable OS which can mean their is a file system issue, the drive is erased, or the drive has failed. See this Apple article:
