My iPhone 12 was stolen and my mac book by the same person, both are offline so I can't track or locate them, also I only have a android device the use at thr moment , I'm going crazy is there anyway the locate my stuff!! Please help

And find my isn't helping, it just shows both my phone and my max book offline
If they don't have an Internet connection, there is no way to track them at all.
