Call volume is barely audible

My phone call volume is barely audible .. When i turn on the speaker the volume goes a little bit up .. But with the speaker off i can't hear clearly..

in call volume too low In-call volume is too low for me to hold phone to my ear during a call. I have to use speaker phone to be able to hear the caller. Speaker phone works perfectly and all volume settings are correct. The ear speaker is not dirty and there is not a screen cover on the phone. Any suggestions?

I can not hear very much on my incoming & out going calls. I can only hear with the speaker on? I have cleaned all speakers and still cannot hear! I can not hear on incoming or out going calls, only with the speaker on. I have cleaned all the speakers and it still is muffled!
