How to manually pair the Apple watch I’ve tried to update my Apple Watch Series 3 but have been unable to do so. If there is an update it will downloaded as part of the pairing process.

That is a great idea that would be really helpful, but alas as of yet it does not update until after pairing, and during pairing it may have already run out of space once again.
