my iPhone still won't connect to wifi even after all these steps

First, follow all the steps here If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network. Also, make sure you are fully up-to-date: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.

If other devices can connect, just not your iPhone, contact Apple: Get Support. If all devices won't connect to Wi-Fi, contact the manufacturer of your Wireless equipment or Internet Service Provisor (ISP).
