Transfer info to a new Mac air

Old MacBook Pro (2017) has a blank screen. How can I transfer info to my new Mac air? I can’t access the utilities of the MacBook.

Where is your Time Machine backup from your old Mac? Use that to migrate all the data to the new Mac.
