One of my airpods loses a charge

We want to help. If you have already gone through the steps in the article you've viewed, you can check some settings. Is the microphone set to the one side that is losing the charge? If so, change it to the other side and check to see if that helps. This article has the steps to  Change the settings of your AirPods and AirPods Pro
