I recently upgraded my Mac to big sur. then I can't use the airdrop from my iPhone 6splus to my MacBook Air 2015

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.4

Airdrop issues I have a 2017 iMac and it will not let me airdrop to it. I can airdrop from the iMac to my iphone and ipad but when I try to airdrop to the iMac, it never shows up as an option. I have tried everything already listed on the apple support. Any other ideas?
