Apple Music: not playing music
When I start playing music that I have downloaded to my phone, or it doesn’t play, or it plays for 15 seconds. I have payed for all.

It looks like you're having issues with music only playing for 15 seconds. If that's correct, let's try the following.
Does this happen with music you are streaming as well?
Does this happen both on cellular data and Wi-Fi?
