Change in watch function

When I raise my wrist, the time dims on my watch face. It just started doing this. How can I fix it?

Which model do you have and which face? Usually the dimming happens when you lower your wrist, so that sure sounds peculiar. There is no setting to make it behave like that. To get back to the factory settings, you could unpair and re-pair the watch...see the steps starting from here:
