For the last week or 10 days my Apple Watch fitness app won’t sync to my iPhone. I still get notifications on my watch for texts and calls but the fitness app isn’t syncing. What can I do?

Try restarting both devices - hopefully that helps. Secondly signing out from iCloud and then back in could perhaps clear that problem.
