Desktop Notifications Not Working

I'm using Big Sur on a Mac Mini M1 model.

I no longer receive any sort of desktop notifications for any apps I use. No Skype notifications, no browser notifications, no calendar notifications, Apple News no longer pops up and anything else I have tried.

I need my notifications to work for the work that I do.

I've rebooted my computer and gone through my settings multiple times. I'm literally about to lose my **** mind.

I do not have "Do Not Disturb" turned on FYI.

I know there is something I am missing but I can not find it.

Here is a screenshot of my settings for my calendar, surely this should work.

If anyone could shed some light on this I would greatly appreciate it :)

I figured it out. How can we delete this post?
