Hi! When sim card connect to network. It use IMEI number. Your iPhone have 2 IMEI numbers because it has dual sim capabilities. In short, your iPhone has 2 sim slot, each sim slot has an IMEI number.

No. It is 100% normal for an iPhone SE (2020) to have two IMEI numbers. Also, an iPhone XS, XR, 11, etc, etc.

2 different sim cards

a sim card and a digital one now also 🤷‍♂️
