Apple watch add a 3rd esim?

I have an iPhone and i have both the physical sim and the esim now my work give me a number and I have to use my question is if i buy a cellular Apple Watch

does it add a third esim slot or just uses my iPhone’s

apple watch 7 series I have iphone 12 and has a esim and a physical sim, Can i use the same esim that is presently active in my phone with my new watch(7 series cellular) as well or do i have to get a new esim and package for my watch.

The cellular watch has a built in Esim that uses your phone's number.
