my MacBook Pro 16 do not recognise screen/display connected in USB-C

Why my MacBook Pro 16 do not recognise screen/display connected in USB-C,

the same display worked yesterday and days before, now, it says:

"No USB-C signal from your device"

but, the external mouse and Lan connected through the display are recognised

please advise


MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 10.15
