siri remote won't pair with apple tv
My new siri remote won't pair with my apple tv. I get a message "Pairing Remote" bring it closer to your apple tv to continue pairing, but it never completes the pairing process.
Approach slowly, and keep watching the screen. To get ultimately close, lay the remote on top of the Apple TV box, if needed.
Keep other bluetooth devices off, or at a distance (including smart phones), so that they won’t interfere with the pairing process.
Verify that the remote has enough battery charge to be able to send a strong bluetooth signal.
