bro my phone won’t charge unless it completely dies. when it turns back on it’s charging but once i unplug it, it won’t charge again till it completely dies

Perhaps it's time to make an appointment and have your device (along with your cable and charger) inspected (battery included) at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector

After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
