Hello I bought a new iMac about three days ago, but it turns off alone, sometimes watching videos on safari, or no apparent cause, I haven't installed any extra app, because this happened even when I pulled it out of your box and started its configuration, sometimes it's fine for a few hours, but suddenly it's off alone.

If you bought it directly from Apple, you can return it for any reason within 14 days. If you bought it from a reseller you must work within that resellers sales policies.
