Hi, how do you delete certain parts of a backup (not icloud) of an iPhone on the computer? I need to delete a few photos so the backup could be small enough to restore to my iPhone 12.

Individual items cannot be removed from a backup. Those items needed to be removed from the previous phone before it was backed up.
